Welcome to my website! One of the hardest things to do is write about yourself but what motivated me to do this website was to lay out all the experience that I’ve gained since moving from the USA to Australia in 2015 – because not only am I damn proud of it but I’m also ready for my career to be centralised to my strengths so I can push myself even further.
With an American Dad and an Australian Mum, I was born in Chicago where we lived there for 10 years. Once my sister and I were older, my parents decided that it was time to gain some experiences that not many young girls get to do: live in Australia. We did this for 6 months while my Dad worked hard to get us ready for another big adventure: moving to Atlanta, Georgia!
With all that moving around, at age eleven I started seeing life in a very different perspective. I became more adventurous, more eager to be independent and there was nothing stopping me. I babysat, helped a small business with inventory management and coached swim team each summer all before I was 15.
Once I had a car, I was ready for more. I experienced highs and lows of high school while also working full time at a retail store nearby. When Senior year struck, it was time for college applications. But where does a girl apply when she’s ready to start her career now?
Apparently my answer was Australia because that’s where I ended up from 2015 – 2024.
Born in the lively city of Chicago and later growing up in Atlanta, my life has been a mix of experiences. After high school, at age 18, I decided to venture out of my comfort zone.
My goal was not just to start a career but also to discover a country where I had the privilege of citizenship and grew up visiting. In the span of 8 years, thanks to networking and embracing opportunities, I made Melbourne an amazing home for myself and I’ll be doing the same in the USA when I move in April 2024.
Life, for me, is all about experiences. Whether it’s the thrill of skydiving, the peace of camping, the energy of music festivals, or exploring new dining spots – be it restaurants, bars, pubs, or cafes, I enjoy every bit of it.
Amidst all these experiences, I share my moments with my lovely cat, Evie. She’s my little companion in this journey of life!

My professional canvas is colored with experiences across sectors – from retail, politics, to serviced offices and recruitment. In each role, skills like customer service, organization, and leadership shone brightly. Highlights include executive assistance at Alex Kaar, corporate reception at Servcorp, and roles at iconic brands like American Eagle Outfitters.
Over the last 5 years at StudioHawk, I embarked on a rewarding journey from an entry-level position, growing with the company as it blossomed from a team of 7 to a dynamic community of 50+. As the Head of Learning & Development, I infused passion into crafting an environment where staff were equipped with the skills and training to thrive. My journey didn’t stop at leading; I dived deep into high-level SEO campaigns, enriching my industry knowledge.
Throughout my employment I wore many hats – from a Senior SEO Specialist to Account Manager, and Team Leader. My versatile roles led to an intimate understanding of SEO, project management, sales, and operations, among others. This expertise culminated in spearheading several initiatives and projects that the company undertook.
